Centrio is a mall and hotel located along the bustling C.M. Recto Avenue in the heart of Cagayan de Oro in the Philippines.[1] It sits just in front of Gaisano owned Gaisano City Mall and a few blocks away from locally owned Limketkai Center, one of Mindanao's most expansive shopping complexes. The Centrio system building is under Ayala Corporation which projecting the city tuning at an initial cost of Php 4.5 billion pesos the 4-storey mall will feature an embedded 11-storey hotel in seven floors of which will sit atop the mall structure. It will carry the Kukun brand of Ayala's growing name of group of boutique hotels in the country.

The hotel is attached to the mall which therefore caters complex exclusiveness to the hotel guests. This 11-story building towers an estimation of 245 feet (m) above the corrales street landscape.[2] Ayala hotel features premium hotel in Cagayan de oro that has 30 guest rooms and 20 suites. Although, Centrio houses only rooms, the mall takes charge for the entertainment venues. This hotel will open on 2012 and it will be the third tallest hotel and 4th tallest building in Northern Mindanao.
The mall has 4-story building features about 300 stores and restaurants with 4 Cinema Theaters, also houses two live Acacia trees which embedded for the indoor bio-park system. However, this mall would be the largest mall before the Limketkai Center proposed extension to the mall that’s after the Gaisano City Mall.
